  • Grace Period Policy

30-45 minute services: 5 minutes (These services are extremely short and require every minute to get the best results. We understand 5 minutes is a small window, we recommend planning ahead for traffic, etc.)

    1hr - 1hr30min services : 10 minutes grace period

2hr+ services: 15 minutes grace period

Please note, the grace period is a CUT OFF time, meaning this is our policy for accepting late clients within a certain time frame. This is not an open window to arrive to an appointment. We cannot make exceptions for any clients who arrive after the grace period. And yes this includes even just one or two minutes after. Clients are responsible for arriving to their appointments on time, we understand things happen which is why we have the grace period.

Arriving during the grace period is still considered showing up late. Arriving even just one or two minutes after the grace period is considered extremally late!

Late clients who arrive at the last 3 minutes of the grace period must be ready to START the appointment.

  • Due to limited availability we are unable to give extra time if a client is to arrive late to an appointment, this could effect the final quality. When a client is late they forfeit any potential fixes for issues caused by tardiness.

If a client arrives after the grace period we recommend they reschedule for best results.
