We ask our clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.

Raised voices are not allowed under any circumstances, client must use a reasonable volume to remain in the studio and receive services.

Name calling, profanity, vulgar language, or any other form of communication that could be deemed as inappropriate is not permitted.

Clients who fail to do this will be asked to leave.

If the unfortunate event occurs where an issue arises after the service, we offer fixes to our clients. Fixes are not guaranteed and are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact us at (404)-913-2673 to book a Fix Appointment. Fixes will only be accepted and must be booked during the Fix Window. Depending on the service the Fix Window will vary.

Lash Extensions: 48hrs

The Real Look Studio uses Square payment processor. We accept all Major Cards, Cash App, and AfterPay. We do not accept cash as a form of payment. This helps us prevent fraud and build trust with our clients. Cash gratuity is accepted.

We ask our clients to arrive to their appointment with no product or makeup on the face or eyes. We thoroughly cleanse before each service but we do not allot time for makeup removal.

If a client is to arrive with makeup on we will provide a complimentary makeup removal to guarantee best results. This could affect how much time is left to do the service.

Due to this fixes for issues caused by time restrictions will not be accepted. In extreme cases this could result in a reschedule of the appointment for best results.
