The Real Look Studio Policies and Terms and Conditions

The client, hereby consents to the services to be performed by The Real Look LLC and its employees. They understand that there are certain risks associated with these services, including but not limited to:

  • Injury to their person, such as cuts, scrapes, bruises, and burns.

  • Damage to their property, such as clothing, jewelry, and hair extensions.

  • Loss of their personal belongings, such as wallets, phones, and keys.

They agree to hold harmless and release The Real Look LLC and its employees from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with these services, including but not limited to those claims, demands, and causes of action arising from the negligence or otherwise of The Real Look or its employees.


Payment

100% Payment of service price, fees, add-ons, etc. is due at the end of any service provided by The Real Look LLC.


If a client of The Real Look LLC chooses to upgrade their service before, during, or after the service that they have been informed of any additional cost and agree and understand that they are responsible for payment of above mentioned service upgrades.


Client understand that the service price for any service provided by The Real Look LLC can change at any time at the discretion of The Real Look LLC


General Policies

The Real Look LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. The client understands and agrees that they may be responsible for any applicable fees that may occur due to refusal of service by The Real Look.


Promotions and Specials

By Booking an appointment with an coupon, promotion, or special, with The Real Look LLC the client has read, understood and agrees that they must follow all necessary criteria to receive the listed deal.


The Real Look LLC reserves the right to refuse or decline a coupon, promotion, or special for any reason. The client has read, understood, and agrees, that are responsible for any applicable fees that may occur due to a promotion, special, deal, etc. being declined.


Photo Release

The client is aware and consents to the use of any photograph, video, etc which was taken by, The Real Look LLC. They understand that the photograph,video,etc. may be used for any purpose, including but not limited to, the following:

  • Publication in print or electronic media, such as newspapers, magazines, websites, and brochures.

  • Advertising, such as print ads, TV commercials, and online ads.

  • Marketing, such as direct mail campaigns and email marketing campaigns.

The client also understands that They will not be compensated for the use of said photographs, etc.


Reasonable Expectations Policy

By booking and receiving a service with The Real Look LLC, the client understands that they may not receive the exact result they expected at the end of the service. The client understands that by booking with The Real Look LLC that they have had a chance to review the service results provided by The Real Look LLC. The client understands that The Real Look LLC provides a style exclusive to The Real Look and a client can expect a result similar to those shown. The Real Look LLC or its employees will not recreate, replicate, or redesign any style by another artist, studio, etc. 


Due to the nature of the services provided by The Real Look LLC, the final result will be unique to each client and will not be the same exact result between clients. Depending on the condition of each client’s lashes, brows, skin etc. The final result may vary and the requested service result may not be achievable. 


Client has read, understood, and agreed to the above listed Reasonable Expectations Policy and understand that complete payment will still be required at the end of service. Client has read, understood, and agreed due to the above listed Reasonable Expectation Policy, disappointment, dislike, etc is not a valid reason or cause for a refund or any kind, further compensation, fixes, etc of any kind.



Studio Policies


Guest Policy

Guests are permitted in the studio with prior approval. Please give us notice if you plan to bring guests. Guests are required to follow Studio Conduct Policies. Please note there is only one additional chair inside the studio. The building lobby has plenty of seating and a cafe. 


Children Policy

Children are permitted in the studio with prior approval. Please give us notice if you plan to bring children. Children are required to follow Studio Conduct Policies. Please note there is only one additional chair inside the studio. The building lobby has plenty of seating and a cafe. 



Studio Conduct

We ask our clients and guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Clients and guests who fail to do this will be asked to leave.


Late Arrival

When a client arrives late to their appointment but before the end of the grace period that is considered a Late Arrival. The Service can still be done but will still be restricted to the original allotted appointment time, extra time will not be given. Our appointment times are carefully considered to make sure each service is completed fully. A reduced time can affect the quality of the final result. Fixes due to quality of work issues caused by client tardiness will not be accepted.


Service Fixes

If the unfortunate event occurs where an issue arises after the service, we offer fixes to our clients. Fixes are not guaranteed and are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact us at (404)-913-2673 to book a Fix Appointment. Fixes will only be accepted and must be booked during the Fix Window. Depending on the service the Fix Window will vary.

Payment Options

The Real Look  Studio uses Square payment processor. We accept all Major Cards, Cash App, Zelle, and Afterpay. We do not accept cash as a form of payment for services. Cash gratuity is accepted.


Makeup Policy

We ask our clients to arrive at their appointment with a clean face with no makeup on the face or eyes. We cleanse before each service but we do not allot time for makeup removal. If a client is to arrive with makeup on we will provide a makeup removal to guarantee best results. This could affect how much time is left to do the service, due to this fixes for issues due to time restrictions will not be accepted.



TRL Terms and Conditions


We, The Real Look Studio LLC, and all employees and associates reserve the right to refuse/cancel any service at any time. By booking an appointment with The Real Look you, the client, confirm you have agreed to all Booking policies and Studio policies. 


We require a valid card on file to book an appointment. Some appointments may require a deposit. If a deposit is required you, the client, are responsible for submitting payment of the deposit. Appointments that require a deposit can not be booked without the payment of the deposit. Deposits are non refundable. Deposits will only be refunded under these listed circumstances: 

Beauty Stylist (The Real Look Service Provider) cancels the appointment.

Beauty Stylist reschedules appointment and client declines any next available times.


By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you, the client, agree and acknowledge that your deposit is non refundable with the exemption of the conditions listed above. If you cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.


Deposits are contributed towards your service total and are not an additional fee.


Clients are subject to immediate blacklisting without a grace period at the discretion of The Real Look. Reasons include violations to Booking Policies, Studio Policies, or Terms and Conditions, inappropriate/aggressive conduct, etc.


Refunds are not given at The Real Look LLC under any circumstances. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions or any other negative reaction as it is the clients responsibility to book a patch test and/or check for allergies before the service begins.


All clients are recommended to book a patch test service 48 hours before their service, if a client chooses not to do so, it is not the responsibility of The Real Look LLC for any reactions that may be caused. The Real Look LLC is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or any other kind of negative reaction caused by any service. By booking and receiving an appointment of any kind with The Real Look LLC you, the client assumes all responsibility. The client is responsible for booking and completing a patch test before any service


If a client books and receives a patch test 48 hours before appointment time and an allergic/negative reaction occurs, The client is responsible for canceling their upcoming appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy listed in our Booking Policies. The client is not eligible for a refund on their patch test service or any service if allergic reaction occurs


Clients have 48 hrs after any service to receive a complimentary fix of any kind. Fixes are only given on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Complementary Fixes are considered within 48hrs of original appointment, and must be booked within 3 days of original appointment time. After 48 hrs a paid fix or retouch may be considered. Paid fixes or retouches are only given on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Paid Fixes or retouches must be booked within 5 days of the original appointment time.


During each service clients will be given detailed aftercare instructions. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare, negative results due to failure to follow aftercare is not the responsibility of The Real Look. 


Clients who decline The Real Look approved aftercare products and choose to use something else, automatically forfeit any opportunity for a Fix, Paid Fix, or Refund opportunities. Clients who decline The Real Look approved aftercare understand that they may be turned away due to the condition of the lashes. 


If you, the client arrive with foreign/previous lashes, or any other remnants of a past service, without booking a removal before hand or for during the service (if required), you the client understand that you the client may be responsible for payment of a lash removal service







Memberships, Packages, and Gift Cards at The Real Look


After a client becomes a Member, by purchasing a membership they must remain on the membership plan for 3 cycles. Exceptions will only be made if the client chooses to upgrade their membership. If the client chooses to downgrade or cancel they must remain on their current membership plan for the entire 3 month cycle.


Client Consents that credit or debit card given to be used by The Real Look be charged each monthly on the billing date the monthly membership fee that corresponds with the membership they choose to sign up for. The billing date is the day the membership is activated or renewed on. 


Client’s membership will be deactivated due to declined payment. After 3 repeat offenses of declined payment for membership the clients membership is subject to deactivation by The Real Look LLC.


After the initial 3 month cycle the membership is month to month.


Package expiration is listed on each package. After package expiration if there are any remaining unused services left they will not be available to use. Services in the package may not be altered or exchanged. Package services may be distributed to or used for another person on a case by case basis only and are not guaranteed. To transfer or share a package approval is required.


Gift Cards. Gift cards expire on the date listed on the card. Gift Cards received through promotional giveaways will always have an expiration date.


By purchasing a gift card the client agrees to all booking policies Studio policies terms and conditions and all Membership, Packages and Gift Cards policies at The Real Look LLC. If a client chooses to give the purchased gift card to a recipient that is not the original purchaser, the recipient of said gift card will, by default, when using the gift card agree to all policies listed above. Gift cards do not cover deposits for appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit must be paid separately and a gift card may not be used. 


Gift cards may not be accepted for any reason and are considered on a case-by-case basis only and use of gift cards is not guaranteed.


The recipient of a gift card is required to act in accordance with our  Booking policies, Studio policies, terms and conditions, membership, package and gift card policies and conduct policies listed under our studio policies.


 Additional funds may not be added on to gift cards after purchase.
