We have appointments as short as 1 hour and refills as quick as 30 minutes. So you can easily fit routine lash appointments into your busy schedule.

Cancel or Reschedule anytime fee free up until 6 hrs. before appointment time. We made this as flexible as possible so you can get the best appointment times that fit you schedule

We charge a 50% late cancellation fee for cancelling within 6 hours of the appointment. Policy is flexible for emergency situations.

Late reschedules qualify any last minute reschedule within 6 hours of appointment time.
Same day: an appointment rescheduled for a sooner or later time in the same day. The client is subject to a $20 fee
Rescheduling for a different day: client is subject to a 50% of the total cost fee.

We charge 100% of service cost cancellation fee for no call, no shows. Fee will be charged only if we have not heard from you after the grace period. Grace period varies per service.

Grace period goes as follows:
30-45 minute services: 5 minutes (these service are extremely short and require every minute to get the best results. we understand 5 minutes is a small window, we recommend planning ahead for traffic, etc.)
1hr - 1hr30min: 10 minutes
2hr+: 15minutes

Due to limited availability we are unable to give extra time if a client is to arrive late to an appointment. This could effect the final quality. when a client is late they forfeit any potential fixes for issues caused by tardiness.
If a client arrives after the grace period we recommend they reschedule for best results.
